At ASM Tuning, we stand behind the quality of our automotive styling and performance parts. This Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refund, and exchanges. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

General Return Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe for Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (as required by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
  • You have 14 days from receiving your item: to request a return, and another 14 days from the date we accept the return to send the goods back to us.

1.2 Condition Requirements

For a return to be accepted, items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition (no scratches, marks, or modifications).
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Have all protective films/seals intact (ifย  applicable).

1.3 Non-Returnable Itemsย 

The following CANNOT be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-fabricated parts (eg., made-to-order exhaust, bespoke bodykits).
  • Gifts Cards, or ASM Tuning Outlet products.
  • Clearance/Discounted Items (clearly marked “Final Sale” at checkout or product page.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All our products undergo through inspection before leaving the warehouse. Please check your order upon receipt. (If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please reject the delivery).

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please take photos of the issue and contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the problem and resolve it.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our team immediately, and well work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • We cover: return shipping costs and provide: Full refund (including original shipping fees or free replacement)

Warranty Claims

All our performance parts and aerodynamic components include our manufacturer’s warranty (stated on product page and our warranty page.) For warranty service click here.

Step-by-Step Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us Within the Eligible Period:

  • Subject Line: Return Request: (Order Number)
  • Include Photos of the item + reason for return.

2. Receive Approval & Free Shipping Label:

  • We’ll email a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days.

3. Pack & Ship the Item:

  • Securely repackage in the original box.
  • Attach the label and wait for the courier pick up.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving your returnย 

International Returns (Outside UK)

  • Free return shipping ( we cover the label).
  • Customs/duties are non-refundable (deductions by government fees)
  • Returns may take up to 14 days to reach us.

Refund Details

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment: Refunded to your credit card/PayPal/Bank Account.
  • Store Credit: Option available (instant issuance if preferred)

Partial Refunds

Issued if:

  • Items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • You keep a portion of your order (eg., purchased a spoiler and a front splitter, and you prefer to keep the front splitter).

Exchanges

Need a different size or compatible part?

  1. Contact us to confirm stock availability.
  2. We’ll email a free return label + shipping for the new item.

(Exchanges subject to identical or lower value, price differences refunded or charged.)

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Pre-Delivery: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll reship or refund your order after investigation.
  • Return Shipments: Use the tracked label we provide. We’re not liable for returns lost in transit.

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Wrong Item Shipped: We’ll cover the return shipping + expedite the correct part.
  • Order Cancellations: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement (after that, items may ship).ย
