Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, and another 14 days from the date we accept the return to send the goods back to us.
If you notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and any additional services (such as painting or ceramic coating) which are non-refundable. You then have 14 days from the notification date to return the item, or your return will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for covering all return costs. Additionally, we do not refund your original shipping fee.
If you are exchanging your item for another product, you must cover the return costs and pay a new shipping fee once the exchange is arranged.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, which can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank.
Damages or Wrong Item Received
All our products undergo thorough inspection before leaving the warehouse. Please check your order upon receipt. If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please reject the item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please take photos of the issue and contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the problem and resolve it promptly.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, built-to-order and pre-order products, additional services (e.g., warranties, ceramic coatings, product painting), personalized items, gift cards, ASM TUNING Outlet products, products that have been used or installed before return, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Which Circumstances We Offer Return & Refund:
Wrong Product:
If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: at team@asmtuning.co with photos of the wrong product, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracking, we will ship a replacement product immediately.
Exchange:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: team@asmtuning.co. We will process the free exchange.
Change Of Mind:
Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.
Cancel The Order:
We usually ship the orders immediately.
Therefore, if you would wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will send an involved participation by the processing department but we will not guarantee that you will always return the order once you receive the product.
All refunds will be issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it is going to take up to 10 days to reflect in your checking account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Built-to-Order / Pre-Order Products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are not obliged to accept cancellations for goods made to the consumer’s specifications.
This means if you order parts especially for you that we do not normally stock (marked as ‘built-to-order’ or ‘pre-order’, you do not have the standard right to cancel the order after it is made.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
