For most UK orders, we utilize the services of Royal Mail and DPD couriers. Depending on the nature of the goods and customers’ locations, we may use a different delivery partner to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. To determine how much delivery will cost for your order, we have made the process easy – simply add your items to the cart, go to the checkout and complete the first step to get a delivery estimate. If you feel that you are not being charged the right amount, please contact us for the most accurate quote.
Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen delivery service. For mainland UK deliveries, it usually takes between 2-5 working days from the moment we dispatch your order. International and UK Non-Mainland deliveries may take longer between 5-9 business days. We process and dispatch your order immediately you place your order, and you can track it via DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail. Order tracking is provided as standard on all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking information immediately we dispatch your order.
We deliver to most international destinations, and shipping charges at checkout apply. However, we may contact you if we detect that there is a discrepancy in delivery charges, and we will cancel your order if you refuse to pay the appropriate delivery fee. International deliveries may require further security checks, and the cardholder may need to provide ID. Please note that we are unable to ship some items outside the UK, and we encourage you to contact us beforehand to avoid disappointment.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Methods: Royal Mail and DPD carriers.
Handling time: 0-1 days (Monday – Sunday)
Transit time: 2-5 days (Monday – Saturday)
The order cut-off time will be 5: 00 PM.
Worldwide shipping time 7-10 business days.
Shipping Rates:
We offer free shipping on all orders U.K. Mainland only. Worldwide shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you’ll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don’t receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven’t received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at team@asmtuning.co.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”. Click on “My Order “ to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
Taxes
U.K. customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties. However the VAT its included in the price of your purchase.
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
