Please read the warranty coverage for all product categories offered by ASM Tuning below.
Please be aware that the warranty is only valid if the product has been installed correctly by a ASM Tuning partner and if the faults is due to manufacturing defects rather than damage from ill-fitting.
We recognize the significance of our customer warranty and have made every effort to ensure it is of the highest quality.
The defect cannot be result of previous damage such as stone chips, scrapes, or accidents.
This warranty is specifically for genuine ASM Tuning products installed by us or our partners.
Gloss Black Components
Our gloss black ( ABS ) components are covered with eight (8) months from the date you received the order. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects outlined below in gloss black and other materials components.
It ensures that our products meet high-quality materials and workmanship standards.
CARBON FIBRE COMPONENTS
Wet Carbon Fibre Components
Covered for a period of 12 months from the date your order is received.
Dry Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre Components
Covered for a period of 24 months from the date your order is received.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty covers only defects in materials a workmanship under normal use and service.
It does not cover any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage.
Forged Wheels
Your forged wheels are protected under a 5-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects.
This warranty affirms our commitment to provide you with top-quality products that meet stringent performance and durability standards.
Exclusion
The warranty does not extend to include
Normal wear and tear that naturally occurs over time during regular use is not covered.
Accidental damages resulting from accidents, such as impacts or collisions, are excluded from this warranty.
Unauthorized repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
Use of strong chemicals or harsh chemicals, which we not recommend for your wheels, will void this warranty
Racing, drifting and impacts, any damages resulting from racing, drifting, or hitting obstacles are not covered under this warranty.
Exhaust Systems and Downpipes
